Clinic
The first portion of this event will be structured to give students and instructors 1-on-1 time with the judging panel. Each ensemble will be allotted 20 minutes to perform and discuss their production. Ensembles’ students and staff will be able to interact with judges to better help programs early in the season. Each clinic will be open to the public similar to a typical performance so as to benefit all students and instructors alike.
Performance
After completion of the clinic portion of this event, each ensemble will return for a traditional formatted show with evaluation and scores in accordance with WGI rules & regulations.

Traditional Show with extended critique
This event will be structured in accordance with standard WGI rules & regulations. Critique will be extended to help further ensembles success. Instead of the traditional 3 minutes, ensembles will receive 7 minutes per adjudicator.
